Contudo, quando compreendemos a expressão “somos um país que carrega o lastro da cultura cartorial”, entendemos que, apesar dos visíveis avanços na prestação de serviços cartoriais, há muito espaço para melhorias, aprimoramentos e inovações, que só podem ser implementadas, a partir de uma análise crítica, contínua e ambiciosa dos próprios líderes dos cartórios. Neste contexto, os jovens profissionais dos cartórios precisam ser ouvidos, para que possam assumir o papel que lhes cabe também como vetores de mudanças.
